  1. Check-in time?

    The check-in time is from 15:00 to 24:00, Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check in and we will do our best to have your room available.

  2. Check-out time?

    The check-out time is before 11:00. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time (additional cost will be added).

  3. Is the reception open 24 hours?

    No, the reception is open until 24:00. If your arrival time is after midnight then please contact us for further instructions.

  4. Which languages are spoken at Reception?

    Icelandic and English.

  5. Can I leave my luggage?

    Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

  6. Internet connection?

    A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.

  7. Can I rent a car nearby?

    Yes, you can rent a car from one of the local car-rental specialists which we have special agreements in place.

  8. Is breakfast included in the price?

    Yes, breakfast is offered to all guests staying at the hotel.

  9. What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00, every day.

  10. Does the hotel offer an early breakfast?

    No, we do not offer an early breakfast.

  11. Shuttle service to and from Keflavík International Airport?

    No, we do not offer a shuttle to and from the airport. For more information about transfer options click here.

  12. What is the difference between a twin room and a double room?

    A twin room has two single beds, whereas a double room has one double bed.

  13. Is this a Non-Smoking hotel?

    Yes, we do not allow smoking inside the hotel nor inside the rooms.

  14. Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

    Yes we have rooms available for those with disabilities, please let us know if you want to request this type of room and we will do our best to have your room available (Limited quantity).

  15. Do the bathrooms have baths or showers? 

    All of the rooms have a walk-in shower. 

  16. How many floors does the hotel have? 

    The hotel has two floors in all.

  17. Is there a lift? 

    There is one lifts for guests.

  18. Does the hotel have a bar? 

    We have a honesty bar and a smaller bar close to the reception desk. 

  19. Are there car parking spaces or a car park? 

    Our hotel has free private car parking.

  20. How far in advance do I have to book? 

    As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general the earlier you book, the lower the room rate.
